Release Waiver

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY 

FOR Ravven Skin Care Products 

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING 

1. Acknowledgement of Risks: I acknowledge that I am voluntarily using beauty products and services provided by Ravven Skin Care, and sunderstand that there are inherent risks associated with such use, including but not limited to: allergic reactions, skin irritation, discoloration, infection, or other adverse outcomes. 

2. Assumption of Risk: I understand that I am assuming all risks associated with the use of beauty products and services provided by Ravven Skin Care, and I agree to hold Ravven Skin Care, its employees, agents, and representatives harmless from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses of any kind arising out of or in any way related to my use of such products and services. 

3. Release of Liability: I hereby release and discharge Ravven Skin Care, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses of any kind arising out of or in any way related to my use of beauty products and services provided by Ravven Skin Care, including but not limited to claims for negligence, breach of contract, or any other legal theory. 

4. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ravven Skin Care, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses of any kind arising out of or in any way related to my use of beauty products and services provided by Ravven Skin Care, including but not limited to claims for negligence, breach of contract, or any other legal theory. 

5. Consent: I hereby consent to the use of beauty products and services provided by Ravven Skin Care and acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Release and Waiver of Liability. 

6. Client Disclosure: I acknowledge that I have disclosed to Ravven Skin Care any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may be relevant to my use of beauty products and services. 

7. Governing Law: This Release and Waiver of Liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. 

8. Entire Agreement: This Release and Waiver of Liability constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written. 

9. Severability: If any provision of this Release and Waiver of Liability is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
